Alyssa was professional, fun and friendly from the first email contact. She captured our family beautifully on a cold winters day. I was worried about getting an outdoor photo shoot done in February but Alyssa knew the best spots to soak in the sunshine and have some fun. Absolute pleasure to work with.

We did a 1 hour family session with Alyssa and with such a large group, she made us feel really at ease. She helped us open up, have some fun, laugh and smile a lot. She directed our group with ease while being friendly and professional. The photos that she captured really show our families personalities and beauty. Alyssa recently photographed our family for a family photo session and I couldn't be happier with the images she captured as well as the whole experience working with her. We have 2 young kids (and a dog) and her warm, welcoming demeanor had everyone feeling comfortable and having fun which she captured in the photos beautifully and naturally. This was exactly what we were hoping for and we look forward to having Alyssa photograph our family again in the future.

Alyssa is a thoughtful and caring soul that understands all the details and everything in between. Right when I met Alyssa at the wedding show, I knew I wanted her to be our photographer because I loved her easy-going personality and photo styles. We are beyond grateful to have her photograph our special day. Probably the coldest and wettest day a wedding could ever ask for, and through it all Alyssa was flexible and quick to adapt to the weather. She has an incredible creative eye and makes the photos seem effortless. She’s so encouraging and throughout the day always had a smile! We got to share many laughs throughout the day. Alyssa captured our wedding weekend in Whistler. It was the best weekend of our lives and Alyssa’s photographs are better than we could’ve ever hoped for. From the moment we signed the contract to the final hug goodbye after a couple evenings celebrating, our entire experience working with Alyssa was perfection. I can’t imagine anyone else photographing our weekend and I don’t think we would’ve survived with anyone else- her calm way of orchestrating all the shots we wanted, herding our family members, and all the things it takes to capture every magical detail of a wedding gave us photos we’ll cherish for our lifetime. She sees every detail you’ve poured your heart into that others might not catch, and she sees beauty in places you wouldn’t think to find it. I cannot think of a more skilled, talented and thoughtful photographer let alone person! I wish we could have a wedding every year but her photographs immortalized the best weekend of our lives.
