I found the service man very friendly and came promptly. He did not fix the appliance as was to old. He said I would be better off buying new then waste money trying to fix. I have used them before for a different appliance which they fixed and has been working every since. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Avalanche over the weekend to repair a minor interior leak in our fridge - they got back to me right away and the fridge was fixed by Tuesday at a very reasonable rate. Since then we've had our freezer fixed and our oven fan replaced - always quick and reliable repair jobs. Highly recommend them!

Perry Murphy repaired our dishwasher. He was punctual. He was pleasant and professional. He promptly found the culprit piece of glass obstructing the out flow pump. He then showed me how to inspect the area to avoid a future service call. He worked in a very clean fashion. He even washed the tub that had a bad odor from residual fluid from more than a week. I would call again without hesitation.
