My name is Alberto and I work for Trail Appliances. Over the last couple years I have worked with Bryn on a few projects and she's been wonderful and kind to deal with. It's been a pleasure to work with her.

My husband and I bought a condo in Whistler, which was wonderful, except that it needed a major overhaul - a full gut renovation. Overseeing a renovation while living at home in the USA presented a major issue for us - how could we coordinate a project of that scope from so far away?

Through our contractors we were introduced to Bryn. She was the best thing that we could have found. For eight months she was in contact with me, and she was on top of things every step of the renovation. She helped us choose a style direction, and we loved her expertise with selecting furniture and finishes. We even changed the kitchen layout, and what a difference it made to the space. Everything for our renovation was selected by her, from plumbing to hardware to lighting to artwork and furniture, and we absolutely loved everything.

With being so far away and not being able to see the progress in person until the unit was completed we were excited, but also nervous, to see the finished product. Walking in the door the first time blew us away. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have bought another condo in Maui, and guess who will be redecorating it for us? Bryn will! We trust her and love her professionalism. We very much appreciated her patience with us - she sent us many different options throughout the eight month process, and if we weren't totally happy she would send us a bundle more.

Fantastic results – On Time and On Budget!

I contracted with Bryn for her wonderful design services for a complete renovation and ‘redo’ on my one bedroom condo at the base of Blackcomb. The results were fantastic, with a totally new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, lighting, paint job and many new furnishings. Her selections were smart, functional, attractive and cost effective.

Bryn completed the project on time and on budget. She had all the contacts needed for creative sourcing of the appliances, finishes and furnishings. She spent time with me on understanding the new layout, cabinet placement and design and final selections. Her communication was very responsive with a sensitivity to issues important to me and those where I allowed complete autonomy. Her selections were perfect! I couldn’t be happier with the results and I am already seeing higher bookings and revenue for the unit! I highly recommend Bryn!
