Lovely staff, in fact i was greeted by a very handsome australian fella (I think his name was Jack) he sorted out our rentals for the day. Awesome staff overall.

Rented boots, had same boot and size. Information was easily processed given I have an Epic Pass. Transaction was made easy and everyone was friendly. Covid-19 measures in place and thank you for that.🤞☣️😷✌️🎿👍😎

I bought ski boots 4 years ago and paid for the boot fitting service believing I would be fitted by a professional who knew what he was doing. To this day I haven't been able to ski in those boots. The only way I could make it through the day was to use my old liners which were packed out (the main reason I wanted new boots in the first place) I was in a lot of pain and eventually developed nodules on my tendons.
A few days ago I walked into Can-Ski Creekside. Mitch spent about an hour trying to make it so I could enjoy my new, 4 year old, boots. He was patient, engaged and I really felt like he cared.
Thank you Mitch for all the time and expertise you gave me. I have skied the last two days pain free for the first time in 4 years!!!!

WOW! I already knew the best place to get my gear was Whistler, but did Can Ski go above and beyond! After a super terrible experience in the city at West Coast Ski & Board on W. 4th, Can Ski PROPERLY fit my boots & gave me so much information on why my boots were fitting the way they were, and what they could do. Most significantly, they were shocked West Coast didn't even offer to heat fit the liners to begin with. Mitch is a huge asset to the team at Can Ski & was SO friendly and knowledgeable! When the person helping you knows which bones in your foot are affecting the fit and why, you know you're in good hands.

Thanks Can Ski & most specifically Mitch for turning a poor experience at another store into an amazing one! We will definitely be back.

Edit: Ended up having to go back in to get some more work done after a day, and Fred was equally as amazing and helpful!!
