(February 22, 2018, 8:08 am)Phase I: The plan is for 45 badly needed rental units for Pemberton has come to fruition. Soon to open. Looks great. Developer has responded to neighbour’s & community at large ’s concerns about registered public easement/ bicycle path.
Phase II: will soon begin providing more market housing.
The owners have stated concerns over adjacent property flooding will be addressed at 1st thaw (i.e. shipping containers depressing SW corner).
Pleased & hopeful that Radius / Innovation Building / Vidorra Development is - belatedly - enacting their stated "Good Neighbour" Policy.
