Cathy Goddard of Lighthouse Visionary Strategies was the jump start we needed to create our company’s first ever strategic plan. She guided our team with patience and experience, helping us to build a plan that suited our company goals and provided ongoing support to ensure that we followed through. Following that experience, I jumped at the chance to sign up for her mentor program. She’s taken great care and time to curate each mentor group and to prepare the program package.
