(January 21, 2020, 4:38 pm)We got a 6 person suite. The sofa bed was quite dirty and had popcorn all over it and the surrounding floor. The cleaning staff did not do a thorough job preparing our room. There is also no room service for short term stays (we stayed for 2 nights). The front desk is only open from 2-5pm everyday, which is pretty inconvenient. Every door has a long password lock which may be difficult to memorize. The location (upper village) is good because there's a shuttle bus that will take you to Whistler village. There are lockers for ski/ snowboard equipment. The gym and outdoor pool are pretty nice. The wifi worked fine. There was a kitchen and laundry unit in our suite. Overall it was an alright stay.
