Weddings by Bluebird

Heather was a pleasure to work with! She planned our wedding, which occurred this past August, in the midst of the Covid pandemic, and we had an absolutely wonderful day! Originally (pre-Covid) the plan was to have a 150 person wedding, but due to the health orders surrounding Covid we had to re-plan the wedding to be a 50 person event. (We decided to go ahead versus postponing.) She worked tirelessly with us to re-plan, pivot and adjust our wedding so it could still go ahead with the health and safety of our guests being of first and foremost concern. Heather pulled together a stunningly beautiful wedding day & fun reception! We had the BEST DAY and our guests had a wonderful time! Looking back, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

We did a destination wedding for my daughter in Whistler and live in Chicago. I knew so little about weddings, destinations or Whistler. Hayley at Bluebird made it all work seamlessly and up to my very high standards! Her routine answer to my concerns was "let me handle that" and she did. She never said no. There was no question too silly or serious; little or big. She responded quickly and in the most informed manner. We had a combination of vendors recommended by her and ones we found. She worked with them all professionally and encouraged the best work out of everybody. I should also say that there was nothing easy about our venue (Roundhouse, on top of Whistler). She and her crew had 1 1/2 hours to transform a ski cafeteria into a romantic and intimate space. She was also lovely to me, my daughter and every guest she encountered. We had a beautiful event; as stress free as was possible, and our guests are still raving.

We have to say that we had a fun and amazing experience working with Hayley while planning for our wedding in Whistler. For months we were relaying emails about wedding ideas and overall vision for decor and display. Hayley was efficient and timely with her suggestions and help. She was able to source out some ideas for me and always took the time to provide us with the proper information. She guided us over the months leading up to the wedding to ensure we were on track. On the day of our wedding, Hayley and her assistant Alexis exceeded our expectations. The vision I had was brought to life where everything from the ceremony aisle display, reception area decor, table layout, to the smallest decorative details were just beautifully carried out. We were blown away with how beautiful everything looked! It truly made our special day so memorable :) We really enjoyed working with Weddings by Bluebird. Hayley, Heather and Alexis were all so personable, super friendly and easy to get along with!

Mark and I are so thankful we were able to work with Hayley and her team at Bluebird. From day one Hayley did everything she could to understand the vibe we were going for and ensured our every need was met throughout the planning process and the entire weekend. We had a festival wedding with all of our family and friends camping, and Hayley ensured that everyone was taken care of and everything looked perfect all weekend - including magically appearing with 50 umbrellas the day before our rainy outdoor ceremony! Always in great spirits and quick to respond to anything we needed leading up to the best weekend ever. Thank you Hayley and the Bluebird team!
