This is my third property working with Madison. She knocked it out of the ball park. Buying and selling a property can both be rewarding and extremely stressful. Madison has been awesome to work with to get our ski condo in Whistler.

We are from California, trying to get a condo in Whistler during a pandemic, and with border closed. Not being able to see the properties in person, we completely relied on Madison, her insights and guidance, and most importantly, her hard work and patience (yes, patience, as we have been looking for 6 months!!).

But much more than that, Madison knows many other Realtors, has great insights into what's going on, which truly helped us determine how to structure offers and negotiations. And, crossing fingers, thanks to Madison's great negotiation, we are close to getting our vacation condo.
