Whistler Year-Round Fishing

We booked this excursion last minute and it turned out our favorite activity during our entire week in Whistler. We caught sooo many fish in Green Lake and Matt taught us how to fly fish from scratch. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I had a fantastic time fly fishing with Whistler Year-Round Fishing. Our guide, Matthew, was very fun and knowledgeable. He knew all the good spots, and we both brought in about five fish each. We will definitely come again when we're in the area!

What a fantastic fly fishing experience with Matthew. There were two of us one experienced the other a complete beginner. Whatever your level can highly recommend Matthew. He provides everything you'll need. His local knowledge & clear instruction will make your experience unforgettable. Matthew will put you where the fish are, change tactics, & give clear advice. He's also a great guy. As you can see from the photos we both caught several fish (all carefully released), were warned by a tail slapping beaver 🦫 & overlfown by an Osprey. It doesn't get any better than this folks.

Had an awesome day on the water with Matt. Got to fish across 4 different zones and learned 3 new techniques. Matt was very knowledgeable about what would get the fishing moving despite the challenging conditions. He went above an beyond to get me on an awesome bull trout. would recomend to anyone who wanted to get into fly fishing or learn more about fishing in the Whistler area.

This trip was a phenomenal experience.

I was happy to tag along with an experienced guide to get 10+ years of experience in a few hours. Not only did I get great crash course in fly fishing, but I also caught a trophy bull trout !!😁🤯😮

Don't come to whistler without going on a guided experience with Matt and company! It's well worth every penny.
