I did a short breathwork session with Mia and it was absolutely amazing. I recently have been working on my breathwork and meditation through apps with guided assistance and they have been great but working with Mia was honestly so much better. She's very professional and has this softness yet care to her voice which instantly relaxes you. Once the breathwork session was over not only did my breathing feel a lot more open but my mind was so clear, it was truly a great experience. I haven't done yoga with her just yet but I will definitely be looking into it in the near future.
