BC Fishing Charters - Sunshine Coast BC

Great trip. The whole family really enjoyed. Thanks Greg for the excellent experience. We were fortunate enough to reel in some great fish too.

We found BC Fishing Charters well equipped, professional and accommodating.

From the moment we arrived at the dock in Gibsons, we were made to feel comfortable and at ease, despite it being our first time venture.

After a brief orientation of the vessel’s safety features, we were off. Our captain took us a ways offshore and patiently instructed us on the nuances of downrigger Salmon fishing, in terms we landlubbers could all understand.

B.C. Fishing Charters, whom also do dive charters, supply life vests, rain gear (should you need it), fishing rods and tackle, and everything else the newbie saltwater fisher might require. And despite a slow start, each of our party had hooked an example of the best that West Coast waters have to offer.

That night, we enjoyed fresh caught stuffed salmon, hot off the grill. We reflected on the days adventure and argued who had landed the biggest catch - over a glass of Okanagan white wine.

And it don’t get much better than that.

We had Captian Al. He took us a spot and taught us the basics of fishing. What a great a captian. We will definitely be back.

Rick and I were out with Captain Greg on May 8th, had a great fishing experience with Greg who was knowledgeable and helpful. We limited out on Chinook and had a double at one point. We caught a total of 9, and released the extras. Great time and reasonably priced. Great boat also, clean, fast and stable. I highly recommend this operator.

Great trip, and lead by good captain Greg! We will come back again!
