EKAN Home Inspection

When my realtor fell ill, Eugene offered to accompany me to view three listings with 20 minutes notice. When we were done viewing the 3 properties Eugene directed me to look at 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥. Well I fell in love with this waterfront property instantly. When we needed a house inspection in a hurry, Eugene was highly recommended as the most thorough person. He squeezed us in to meet our deadline. But he did not cut any corners. We got 42 page detailed report as well as a phone call to see if we had any questions on his report. For each category (roof, plumbing, electrical, interior, etc) he described in detail the condition as good, acceptable or requiring attention. Anything that requires attention had recommended work and urgency. I would highly recommend EKAN Home Inspections.

He performed an extremely thorough inspection of the structure, roof, deck, plumbing, electrical and exterior items such as driveway, retaining walls and drainage around the foundation. He also provided information on aspects of the house that will require ongoing maintenance as well as changes that may lead to problems that are brewing. Eugene’s sent me a complete report. He listed any deficiencies including any safety items that are usually overlooked. If you are looking for an experienced detail-oriented home inspector I would highly recommend him.
