(December 31, 2017, 5:01 pm)I did a 'Yoga For Back Care' Class....very different approach focusing on muscle awareness, gentle attentive stretching, and relaxation....a different approach than any other yoga classes I've taken.....very complementary and beneficial!.....just exactly what my back needed!
