Rona is our go to store. We followed Lorene and Lyle from Sears and Darryl is a great asset to the company. We always get great service which includes sourcing out the best deals-price compare-price matching when possible but also honest advice on purchasing good quality with warranties. We purchase appliances for our rental home @ Rona. Most recently we purchased a shower with installation tools (brought down from Sechelt) and small fridge (special order) for a renovation project.

Called to see about a Tractor lawn mower and had outstanding service. Was looking for one for my father and Lorene took the initiative to call around for me and organize transfer to the Gibsons store from Madeira park. Sent me pictures of it as I was buying it on my fathers behalf and was heading back to Kelowna. They Ensured all was working well and delivered it to him and he was up and mowing everyone’s lawns within a couple of days. Truly phenomenal service. I love dealing with people that know going that extra for customers can truly make a difference. Well done!

We had an emergency and needed to get an appliance immediately, and delivered the same day to our place in Half Moon Bay. After calling many stores, luckily I called Rona and talked with Lorene. She was extremely helpful, understood my predicament, and made the impossible, possible. I would recommend her to anyone. Professional, courteous, went above & Beyond. Great customer service.
