We weren't able to visit during their regular hours so we made an appointment and had a great time learning about their process and the kids even got to meet their piglets! I'd highly recommend this distillery to anyone visiting Gibsons!

We love their desert custard liquer.
They let us taste most of their products, and we choose to buy 4.

(May 15, 2021, 10:50 pm)The owner / shopkeeper was awesome. Very knowledgeable and amiable. Well worth the visit - especially if you can get someone else to drive so you can have some tasters. If you like their stuff, some items available at Blackfish (but for the most unique items, you need to visit in person).
