Amazing company & employees.. Called on a Friday & they showed up before the end of the day, figured out what another company couldn't.. Sold us the correct part for our heat pump, they ordered part for our air exchanger which came in the following Tuesday and they installed it same day. We have heat and air conditioning again! Thank you so much!! Will recommend you in a heart beat 😊
Very prompt and efficient service. Highly recommend for furnace and heat pump repair.
Roland did an amazing job installing two ductless splits in my home! It was so nice to have air conditioning in the summer but I’m really enjoying the heat now!
This company has been excellent to deal with from the start. Mike came to see our home for a mini-split system installation at a time/day convenient to me, was confident and clear in his assessment of our home’s cooling/heating needs, while taking into consideration my input and we were provided a quote within a few days, with a timeline for installation for July-August.
I contacted the office a couple of times to have a couple questions answered, give the go ahead, asking for unit specs and updated timeline. Every time the responses were prompt, helpful and customer-friendly.
I was contacted on June 27 and the two installers have been here since June 28. Both installers, Brandon and Roly, have arrived on time every time, clearly know their business, are able to answer any questions we’ve had and have been extremely respectful and considerate of being in our home. They’ve taken measures to minimize mess and ultimately just one quick vacuum of the area cleaned up what little mess was made.
The installation is ongoing due to the fact that we chose ceiling units and the associated issue of the danger for workmen with heat in the attic during installation, and the guys are working hard to get our system installed. Once it’s in, I will update my review to comment on our experience of the cooling benefits of the units.
I would highly recommend this company.
