It was nice to see Sechlet RCMP members walking, patrolling and engaging this weekend during the annual Sechelt car show.
I have had many positive experiences with Sechelt RCMP. Reporting crimes and suspicious behavior, my name change, their annual ball... Good work ladies and gents !
My first experience with the Sunshine Coast RCMP was really nice. The cop was understanding and friendly. I was going through hard times and he helped me. I think his name was Officer Matthews. My second experience was awful. A woman cop with short, dirty blonde hair was blocking traffic on the highway and directing traffic in the most confusing way. I pulled up and unrolled my window and she talked down to me like I was a complete idiot. I drove away crying (I have an anxiety disorder). My street was in the blocked off area but I was too scared to ask if I could go home because she was so mean. I heard her be pleasant to other people, I guess I just looked bully-able to her. I hope I never come into contact with this woman again.
