Scotiabank as an institution was not easy to deal with but the financial advisor David Erlenbusch is a very dedicated and knowledgeable individual. The other staff at this particular branch also tried their best to be helpful and provided good service.

Many other people on the Scotiabank help line and at other branches tried to avoid helping me due to the complexity of my situation which left much to be desired. Good thing I had David and this branch as an extremely helpful financial advisor throughout this process.

Scotiabank please give David a raise and a promotion because he had to deal with my very complicated mortgage transfer and has been nothing but helpful and patient even though I did not have the mortgage domiciled at this branch to begin with.

Best Bank...only thing is they have no Wi-Fi for their clientel...
