The Wobbly Canoe

We LOVE the great food, drinks & service at The Wobbly Canoe! We just moved to the Sunshine Coast (3rd time at this restaurant) and are so happy there is such an awesome place to frequent. We took friends here for drinks & food a few days ago and they were super impressed too. You can tell the chefs really know what they're doing, as the flavours are so on point... in every menu item we've tried! Highly recommend their caesar drink too! Yum! We'll be regulars.

Great food. Good prices. Happy staff. The only negative is the food took a while to arrive and the patio got pretty cold as the sun went down. Maybe heaters, blankets or gas fireplace?? But ignore my negatives, still a great place to go

Not what we expected knowing the history of this site. The food was really good. We had the Buddha and Mediterranean bowls with added cod. Great flavours. Cod was deep fried and very nicely cooked. The patio view is outstanding overlooking Davis Bay. I hope they keep up this standard of quality for my next visit.

Apparently a victim of it’s success. We came for mussels and they had run out. So we had tacos and the chicken. All fabulous. We also had the cauliflower and that beats our local joint hands down. Wow! Really good. Service was excellent and the food was great as well.

Also thoughtful things like purse hangers at the bar are a great touch too!

Fun ambiance and good food. Enjoyed the tasty spicy fusion dishes! Beautiful view; we sat on the patio and were very comfortable in the hot sun under the umbrella. Not a terribly long wait for dinner although it was father’s day. Look forward to coming back!
