Once again, thank-you to your staff, and especially Tom and Jeff, for the great service. As a new boater, a break down away from home was a bit disconcerting to say the least. From the moment I called your shop I felt more confident that things would work out just fine and they did. Everyone was friendly and professional, I was told the options and costs up front and the estimates were accurate. I felt like the guys went out of their way to get me up and running again as soon as possible. There are a lot of shops out there that could take lessons from your group.
