Whether it be a small item like an area rug to bigger items like washers and dryers, Russ gives the best advise and answers my questions about specific bands. He goes above and beyond to make suggestions to what he believes are better items that will fit my families needs. Russ is always kind and always flexible when it comes to my schedule and he never pressures you into a sale. I love that he remembers my name and is really friendly to my kids.
