All my banking experience with Megan has been excellent. Megan has always gone the extra mile in assisting me in my needs. She agrees with me , that there are ""no stupid questions"" ; smiles and answers/ explains with patience.

Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Nicole, you are so great. What service. So friendly. Our mortgage funded as agreed and the rate lowered too. I love this place. Always dealt with big banks before until we moved to Ashcroft 3.5 years ago. Dealing with this local branch of the credit union has always been a pleasure. I cannot remember when a banker answered the phone when I called. They do all the time at this branch rather than spending long periods of time pushing buttons on a phone going from department to department and always getting voice mails. At the big bank I still have a couple of accounts at, I left a voicemail for my banker and sent an email. Still waiting after 2 months for a reply.
Not here. Nicole always replies in a short time and surely the same day. The phone gets answered by different staff members with the exception of when they transitioned all their on-line and phone banking services. Understandable given the huge volume they faced in that short time-frame. It is such a PLEASURE to again have old-fashioned banking services available to us.
And as for INTERIOR INSURANCE, Jocelyn, Ashley, Bethany (hope I did not forget anyone) you are all AMAZING. First class service. Please pass congrats to them please.
