Ian was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and was very thorough going over everything with me. His extensive construction experience and knowledge was evident in the walk through and explanations.

Finely a company that deserves a good review, after three different companies on three different occasions all with the same disappointing results I contacted Almost Home Building Inspections Ltd. This company ticks all the boxes. From the first hello to the final handshake. The report I was given was well presented and comprehensive. Every issue raised was accompanied by a photo and a recommended course of action. The
Inspector was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I presented his report to the home owner and based on its findings I was able to negotiate a price reduction. This company has really earned an extremely good review.

He conducted a very thorough inspection of the house, documenting the issues that would require further attention. The inspection report was concise and easy to read.
