(May 27, 2018, 5:31 am)Attended a relax yoga class with Desiree. Wonderful experience. I went in relaxed at a 4 but left at an 8.(from 1-10) . Beautifully and simply decorated. Wish I lived close. Great price! Clean & fresh environment!
(April 21, 2017, 12:31 am)Stopped in for some yoga practice while visiting friends in Kamloops. Desiree was the instructor and did a great job leading us through an enjoyable class, the rest of the class was filled with regulars who spoke highly of the studio.
(October 20, 2016, 11:36 am)Fantastic class with Desiree (but I've heard all the instructors are great) So nice to have this little gem close to home. Great quality yoga class. Don't let it's small size fool you-this little studio rocks.
