(September 16, 2021, 8:46 pm)We had an issue with our fridge fan. It took Samsung over a month and a half to schedule a repair, not impressed with Samsung. That said, when Herb arrived, he was able to determine the issue very promptly and offered us great service. Very straightforward guy, no BS. Highly recommend his company.
