I would like to say thank you to James Merkley (aka)rooster for making my son 1st birthday so special. he had showen up at our residence with black sheep. and he knew that my son knows and loves that truck. rooster went above and beyond the call of duty and made my son 1st birthday so special when my son heard black sheep pulling up he was so excited and as the other kids as well . reliable towing is not just about towing they are hard working people that have families themselves and for them to show that kindness to my son and making his 1st birthday that much more special. and for that I myself will always remain loyal to the company. thank you so much rooster . and reliable towing for my son 1st birthday special moment.

I had truck broke down with fuel line frozen up due to the cold weather. Truck stopped taking fuel from the 2nd rank and stalled on highway. None of the other company was willing to help. Reliable towing dispatch girl kept working hard to help but I forgot her name. Their technicians had already left. Their shop manager(Ken) was the hero to help in the cold weather to get the truck going. He came from home to help.

I really respect the professionalism and kindness of the whole team.
