I attended a Chamber of Commerce Networking event at the YMCA Dream Home in Westsyde last evening and was greeted at the entry by an unexpected offering of roast lamb from Harmony Farm Lamb of Monte Lake, BC... It was fabulous!
I like lamb but don't eat it often... I must say that this was the best serving of lamb that I have experienced... low in fat yet tender and no aftertaste, even without mint sauce... thanks also to Romeo's for cooking the meat to perfection.

I have tasted lamb before, once, after that my tongue and nose would not allow it to make it past my lips!
After hearing Patricia talk about her business (Harmony Farm in Monte Lake) and how passionate they are to deliver quality without compromise I promised myself, and her, I would taste it again? I have to say not only did I taste it I actually ate every bit that was served! It was amazing, a big thanks to Romeo @ the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Center for preparing a beautiful meal at 'how it's made'.
Everyone should try this lamb just once, and if you already like it I promise this lamb will spoil you forever!
