Route 97 Diner

This is a must stop! It’s a side stop place in West Wold and if you blink you might miss it. Prices are good and the food is excellent. We will be back. They gave us everything we needed for add ins with our meals and gave more than we needed. Must stop place. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great food, good people there, tons of room gor even semis to park out front. Very cool atmosphere

Great option for any other locals or for anyone passing through. I am a burger lover and Route 97 does an outstanding job, I prefer them to any options in the nearby cities. Buttered and toasted bun, crispy crust on the meat but still juicy, great toppings (get your burger fully loaded!).

A lesser known secret is Serene's Ceasar Salad, which is very good and a worthwhile treat to accompany your meal.

And don't get me started on the pie shakes....

I am a critical person, especially when it comes to food, and I dine out very often, and I have yet to be disappointed in Route 97 (other than them being sold out for the day).

Saw this place on our way to Vernon figured we'd hit it up for lunch on our way back home.
So glad we did, we had burger & fries, they claim to have the best burgers in BC! Well they stand true, it was delicious... home made style buns toasted on the grill burger was yummy & a mound of fries.
If you pass it STOP! you wont be disappointed.

They claim to be the best burgers in BC and I won't disagree. Diner with a 50' vibe with swivel stool at the counter and booths that brings you back. The food is as homemade as can be and delicious. The owner is very kind and works on making her customers feel more than welcome. Nice spot to take a break from your journey with tables outside and a little swing set for the kids to enjoy.
