I have sat many courses here, and a lot of peace and grace has come into in my life because of it. These vipassana courses are a hardcore inner journey, but you have a lot of support. I highly recommend it! Everyone who works hard on the meditation comes away with palpable healing and some wisdom. For me, it gave control of my depression, showed me how to access and heal the hidden subconscious world inside, and taught me what real love and real happiness are.
