Elevation Bike, Ski & Board

Rented a fat bike here this past weekend. Phoned ahead and was able to reserve one with no hassles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when we needed to push back our arrival time by an hour because we were running late. Renting and Returning the bike was fast and easy. The bike was newer and in top condition. The rental rate was reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Great demo ski experience

I phoned ahead to Elevation in the morning and talked to Dan the manager who was super kind and helpful. When I arrived a little later he remembered our conversation and connected me right away with a lovely staff member named Baptiste who took amazing care of me. Never 'salsey', only helpful. He really got to know what kind of skiier I am and matched me with the perfect equipment and I got a deal to boot! Highly recommended!!

Looks like an organized place with good selection of items. We did not book a kids 20" bike and got through 1/2way through paperwork to realize that we were being outfitted for a DH bike ($56 vs $15 rental for half day). It was already 1430 and the bike setup would take at least another 30min. The service agent was great, quick and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they would set up the bike for the rider. For clients, I would recommend booking in advance (at least 24hrs) and arriving early to maximize your playtime.
