(January 15, 2020, 9:59 pm)Have had Superior Propane for our residence for many years. We are on automatic top up and NEVER have they let us run out, even in the worst weather.
An important thing for all homes to know - the regulator is your responsibility, part of the pipe system into your house. The regulator being the red thingie on top of your tank for the mechanically challenged. So, if it goes, your furnace repair firm takes care of replacing it. If you phone Superior about this, you could wait weeks for a tech to come and look at it. That is just the way it is, their techs are obviously tied more to the business side rather than the home side. Other than this, have had no problems in decades with Superior. And that problem was due to not knowing about the regulator. Neither did my furnace repair man, BTW.
Overall, have had Superior for decades, that says it all.
