The staff are amazing😁😁😁😁 and I love the fact that the standard room even has a little kitchen, just the right size. Super cozy

Best place to stay cuz you can ski in & out. Front staff is very welcoming. However, housekeeping needs to be improved. Hallways, stairs, elevators and rooms are dirty ,fealthy. You can see dirt everywhere. Hope they do deep cleaning! Very less supply in the rooms! Rooms need touch up and new look. We will not be staying here in the future!

We stayed here for a little stay-cation. The staff treated us well and throughly explained the hotels Covid policy. We had the pleasure of staying in unit 307. The loft style set up makes it feel airy and roomy. It also has a pull out sofa which makes it nice to have the kids stay down below while we stayed above in the loft. It’s also at a prime location, being right at the base of the ski hill with delicious food at Bottoms pub, just added to the convenience of it all. Be sure to bring a vehicle that’s 6’5 or smaller to fit into the underground parking.

Great place to stay while visiting Sun Peaks. Right next to the slopes. Well kept and COVID precautions were in place. Only thing is that we couldn't enjoy their hot tub even though we signed up early in the day and kept checking throughout the day.
The hotel rooms are a bit old and may need renovations but the staff and service is great.

Good hotel at the hill , ski in ski out, ski locker room convenient in lobby level, big hot tub, restaurant on site, rooms are decent, friendly staff, rooms available with kitchenette which comes in handy for longer stays. Underground parking available.
