Juniper Beach Provincial Park

Beautiful campground... Like an oasis in the desert... Trains pass by during the night and make a little bit of noise.

Driving along the highway and saw a random sign for a beach, had to stop and check it out. Nice stop, people swimming in the river, fish jumping all over, it was a nice stop. Seems there is a camping area as well. Will have to check it out again in the future.

It was OK,unfortunately there was no sand but still can swim as people were doing there,water was a little cold,parking was easy,less than two minutes walk from the parking lot to the water,the great thing,there is washroom on site at parking lot.
Also noticed people with RVs and electric sources on site.

Beautiful spot on the river. In a geologically significant area.
Electrical and water at each site. I prefer more separation between sites, but we enjoyed our weekend immensely.
