Mildred showed great understanding when we had to reschedule a couple of times on our Hamilton move to Toronto and also took on board our requirements. She worked with us well! Phenomenal team on moving days!! They kept working at a fast but safe pace and always had a smile! Thank you all for being so fabulous.

Thanks for the great relocation experience on Monday. The movers impressed us with the skill they used to move all our big bulky furniture especially with all the stairs at the delivery! We really appreciate the work Mildred put into the quote to make sure everything was listed correctly. This is our third time using Miracle this time to move from Toronto to Kitchener and as usual I have been left completely satisfied with the service provided!

I had simply a great experience with Miracle. We were let down on the morning of our relocation and within 3 hours of calling them there were 2 able movers on-site ready to go!! No damages or delays and everything went so well and we arrived in Pickering in less time than the other company had originally quoted. It's really reassuring to know that in an industry renown for dodgy companies there is someone like Miracle to call. We have another full service move coming up so will be giving them a call again soon!!!

I must praise our team we had for our residential move within Toronto. Our 2 competent packers worked expertly to have all our boxing up done by 2pm. That left me enough time to prepare the house for the new tenants. They came back the following morning as a team of three. They disassembled all the furniture and loaded it up by Midday. We had to wait till 3pm to get our keys to the new place and they ended up finishing the unload and placement at around 7pm on that Friday night. All done with a happy go lucky attitude.

Contacted Miracle Movers by email as I was abroad at the time. Came back to me straight away. The rep assisted me very well. A clear outlined quotation for collection of my 1 bed condo in Toronto and storage was dispatched. The movers arrived on schedule. Packing, loading and store went smoothly. Everything is kept protected with blankets while stored. Great job! Excellent relocation service! Will be using them again for the move out of storage

Miracle took our 3 bed apartment out to Frankford Ontario to our newly built house. Well carried out relocation by them! Minimal fuss! Minimal mess! All items were properly cared for during the relocation. All communication with everybody was very amicable! The estimate was very well prepared and ended up being slightly on the cautious side. My experience with them was a ten out of ten rating and I would be prepared to use them again if needed!

Miracle helped me to move and was so helpful from the start Victor was the liaison person, and guided us through from start to finish. The process began with a video survey which was so less intrusive than an in person visit. Victor then provided the necessary estimate which was well structured. The relocation team were excellent, arriving at the specified time on both days. They worked so hard to carry out the job and deliver us to Montreal. Altogether the relocation was a good experience. Hoping I don't have to use them again but only because I am hoping this is my forever home otherwise I would be very happy to and recommend to anyone.

I meant to post this review earlier, but as you can appreciate it’s been a little hectic with the move and all. But it was a brilliant job by the guys you sent. Punctual, truly good at their job, and cooperative. In all aspects they were a great team. It was a pretty cold day but they shrugged it off and got on with it! All of which made the move go as smoothly as possible. I will be recommending your company without a doubt, based on our experience.

Miracle movers pulled out a miracle for my last minute move to Hamilton. I had spoken to a couple of other companies and to be frank I was not impressed with their customer service. With Miracle it was different. They made me feel like they actually cared. All was sweet in the estimating and the actual move went so smoothly I was wondering when something may go wrong!! But no they are a serious player in conducting the moves.

The Miracle Movers team has been very helpful in my recent move. I had to arrange the move at short notice so found the video survey a quick way of assessing the size of the job. Responses from the team were also quick. On the day the crew took great care over packing my belongings and transferring them to my new house in Toronto. Thanks Miracle for my move from Kingston to Toronto. I've used you a couple of times before but never on my whole house being relocated some distance. Gary was brilliant in assessing it all on the remote survey. We needed two trucks and like he said it worked out better as they had more room to load everything properly and not having to try to jam everything in. The unloading was great - everything set up ready to use. Not sure if we are gonna need you anytime soon, but I think my sisters going to be in contact for her move.

Thank you Miracle Movers for the team you gave me on my move. The movers displayed skill, power and a lot of teamwork as we had a lot of my bulky furniture. I just don't know how they got my armoire up two flights of narrow stairs. I still have a few more pieces to be delivered and there is no way I'm going elsewhere. Everybody I came in contact with was a real pleasure to work with.

Miracle moved some of our office items to another address in Toronto. Some of the items we had included fireproof safes and filing cabinets that were extremely heavy. No problem for them though they sent the correct number of movers required and they came with all the necessary equipment to conduct the relocation safely and efficiently. We will be moving quite a lot of items between our different addresses over the next year due to a reshuffle and Miracle Movers will be our first port of call. Thanks.

I would not recommend anyone else. We had an office renovation which happened in several stages and you helped us make the transitions to each stage easy and quick. From Gary, our Senior Move Consultant, to boots on the ground, Mike and Dima, everyone was professional and responsive.

Miracle Movers made my studio move across town a cinch! Very careful with my electrics, they provided mattress protectors etc and it was all neat & tidy. I move a lot and I'm going to use them again as I will be moving back to Montreal next year!

Punctuality, Quality and real value.
The two moving guys that came were so nice! I had a POD delivered and of course the door was jammed shut. They were patient enough to get it unstuck and still managed to get it unpacked and up 2 flights of stairs in less than 3 hours of their time. I'll definitely keep this company in mind whenever we move again!

We had the best movers and helpers. Very professional and courteous. We moved from a large 2 story to another large 2 story with over 10,000 pounds of heavy furniture and these guys were troopers! Everything was moved without anything getting broken. It took approx.12 hours from load to unload with 5 guys and they were awesome. All furniture was padded and everything was taken care of. I strongly recommend using Miracle!

I always go with one of the best prices available with those companies available for the move. I totally lucked out with these guys... The movers were punctual and professional as well as hardworking! At the pick-up the movers who arrived to help load were awesome! They wrapped everything in blankets and kept it safe throughout the road. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and most imortantly intact! Very impressed with Miracle and will use them again if required!

Really Great!! , Tessa worked with us and helped us organize the move, even with some last minute changes on our end. The day of the move 3 men arrived ready to work , very organized, loaded furniture and boxes and were ready to head to our new home in 3 hrs.They arrived at our new place shortly after us and were ready to start unloading minutes later. Put furniture and boxes in rooms as marked or directed. Assembled furniture as needed and were ready to leave in a very short time. Couldn't ask for a better move. Top experience from beginning to end and would not hesitate to recommend.

Miracle Movers are very good at moving people, arrived at times specified and went the extra mile. Excellent service.Very friendly crews! I've never used a service like this before so wasn't quite sure where to go or how it would all work. But the sales guy convinced me that I have nothing to worry about and just let the movers do their job. All in all, I feel like the experience has been really positive, it has taken a whole lot of stress away from moving to Vancouver.

Guy on the phone was very thorough in describing the moving process and estimating the size of the truck needed and the number of movers required. Based on the information I gave him he estimated it would take a total of 7 hours and his quote was based on that. He explained how the fees are calculated and indicated the cost would be based on the actual time the move would take. As it happened the move took exactly seven hours. The move was seamless. The movers worked the entire time. I didn’t even see them stop for a break. They were very careful in the way they protected the furniture and in how they carried it. I’ve seen other moving companies leave things unattended on the lawn but this company didn’t do that. Everything they carried out of the house went right into the truck. When I arrived at the new home they were already there working. Exceptional service.

Gary provided some personalized advice when I contacted him (he remembered me from my last move in Sept 2018); He was responsive to my calls and emails; the moving crew was just outstanding! The team Ghena and Maxim (not sure about the spelling) did an awesome job packing and they, along with Alex, made the move the next day a success. I have already requested the same team to do another move for us in June.

Miracle Movers were exceptional. They exceeded my expectations on every metric. They were timely, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure that my move from my apartment to my new home was as smooth as possible. As in all moves, there were some unexpected complications that came up, but these two rose to the challenge and though the circumstances were difficult, they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service was very good and helpful, They send you heads-ups of everything you need to check/take care of to ensure a smooth move. They carried all of our boxes and furniture down from the 4th floor and were able to put everything into the truck, the moving guys made it work out perfectly. At our new apartment, everything went as smoothly as before. All in all, we never had such an easy and relaxed move, thanks to Miracle Movers - I can definitely recommend them.

The movers were excellent, helpful, fast and worked every minute. They were respectful and were interested in doing the best job possible to assure my belongings were well taken care of. Although they work by the hour, they didn’t stall or attempt to prolong the move to increase their wages. I’m very pleased with their work, and highly recommend this company. Moving is stressful, but my experience with this team was excellent!

The team arrived on time, walked around the rooms & took charge of all the details of items to be moved into storage. Lou & her team were amazing we felt relaxed as care was taken to wrap & move our fragile items. We were told to relax & they would take over after a busy week of moving amongst boxes & wrapping. My husband and I looked at many removalist companies and we chose Miracle due to the following reasons: All the office staff that I spoke to were very consistent in all the information that they gave me and were very patient in assuring me of their great service. I booked Miracle Movers based on this confidence. I am pleased to say that the team that arrived on the days were great and made our moving experience very pleasant. Moved within Toronto. What wonderful people to work with. They are flexible, calm and treat your stuff with great care. Martin and his team are evidently hugely experienced with safe packaging and disassembly / assembly of a wide range of furniture. And Miracle helped me twice, once with putting stuff into storage and then again with taking it out. In both cases there were multiple properties involved and this was no problem at all. The team came up with an easy plan of what was to go where in the most efficient way possible. On a more personal note, they're great guys. It became clear quickly that doing a good job was what mattered to them most.

Tessa was amazing and helped me throughout the entire process. From the beginning of the move till the end, she was always willing to help and offer useful and excellent advice. She helped me figure out the best way (and best price) for transferring all my items, including a second stop for an upright piano. Could not have been happier with her service!

The two young guys you sent to help us were an exact example of everything you want in customer service. They were on time, they were well kept, they were so polite, they dove into the project quickly, they asked where we wanted things to go, they were soooo helpful with my husband who is 65 and has back problems. I tipped both very well because they were such a great pair of movers!!!

They came in and two hours later all disassembled and loaded up. Drove over to Caledon in a timely manner. Unloaded and set up in an hour and a half. Now that's what I call a quick transfer.
