Rock Lake Suite

Went there years ago. Fantastic place then.

An absolutely wonderful place.

Jeff and Nancy are delightful and very helpful.

The cabin is a single room with a queen size bed and a pull out couch, perfect for a family of 2-4 with a dog. The palace is clean and well managed with all the things that you might need in a house, except for food.

The walk to the lake is a grueling 248 steps, I counted, most down a steep hill, so going back is a challenge. I suggest going well nice and staying.

The dock allowes for some fishing and the time honored tradition of jumping into a lake.

There is a canoe that you are free to use, with a wide variety of life jackets.

Great place for a swim.
The lake is not very deep so it's safe.

The best thing was the privacy.

It was peaceful and quiet, even during the last weeks of August. Mind you, we did go during the pandemic, so....

Nonetheless, I would recommend this place to anyone with a family or group of 2-4.
And for the price?

You cannot go wrong.

We will be coming back regularly.
