(January 14, 2023, 5:55 pm)A fantastic little shop! I purchased a quilt kit quite awhile back. I just got around to opening it. You see, I had a few other projects to complete before I got to the kit. (I am sure anyone reading this review has been in the same boat.) Lol! Upon opening the kit package, I realized that it was, unfortunately, missing one of the fat quarters. I contacted the shop. The shop's response was so quick! They immediately rectified the situation. They quickly sent me the missing fabric (in a biodegradable package). Outstanding customer service. I will, without a doubt, continue to shop at the Needles Crafts + Studio.

(July 13, 2022, 5:21 am)I've never had a bad experience here. It's a wonderland of tools, lovely fabrics, and sewing/crafting gifts that anyone who crafts would enjoy. You will go in for one thing before leaving with a huge pile of goodies.
