(June 25, 2021, 1:19 pm)Loved this campground! Great sandy beach and a beautiful view from the campsites that overlook the lake. The sites are spread out among the hilly bedrock and is is incredibly scenic. Great for canoeing, fishing, and hiking.

It sucks to get there because of the road, about 52km gravel, but worth the drive.
(September 15, 2020, 7:27 pm)This campground is rustic and remote, if that is what you are into it is a great destination and I very much enjoyed my time there. I wish that there was a bit more privacy between my site and my neighbors, however this is not surprising and is a challenge at all campgrounds. We did the hike and really enjoyed our day walking around the lake, gorgeous views and a good work out too.
(August 8, 2020, 3:11 pm)A bit tough to navigate the last 45 minutes of the road, but it is so worth it! The sites are mostly very private. The beach is large, water is clean, lake is massive! There are dozens of islands to dock at. Gorgeous bedrock everywhere to rest on. Spectacular.
