Jeff and his team initially supplied a new dryer 16 x 9 after our old Vertec ( Fire in a box ) burned down . Jeff helped spec out the new dryer added improvements were he thought it would help us. We had some minor components fail during the first year and he was quick to replace them, no questions asked. We normally use the dryer for 95% of our crops due to the poor weather over the last 5 years here. 7000-8000 tonnes annually through the dryer. The dryer and control panel are simply built and the majority of the parts can be sourced locally in Edmonton if needed in short term . Jeff can send these out quickly if I cannot get them otherwise. This will be the 3 year using the dryer and it has very good capacity for the size. We have done 5 points of moisture in wheat at about 200T per day. Highly recommended.
We purchased a WG2400-20 this year and without sounding cliché.... it literally saved my crop! With the BC wildfires this summer, August was so smoky and our crop was so delayed, we won’t even talk about the snow in September. I can count on one hand how many dry loads came into the yard this fall. I’m sure my moisture averaged over 15(we even had a few loads well above 20!)in the canola and 18-19 in the wheat. It kept up with our three combines, two S-690 & one S-680.... and when we went to bed, dryer was turned off. No drying was done during the night. This is definitely a dream dryer for us!
