Fresh Roots Farm is my go-to farm to purchase honey and grass fed beef. Troy and Michelle are incredible land stewards and sell incredible products. Pick up in Winnipeg is easy and convenient. I highly recommend their farm!

Excellent local business providing grassfed beef, honey and other fantastic quality products. I toured this farm and it is definitely a labour of love as the owners are committed to ecologically friendly farming and raising well treated animals. They were knowledgeable and happy to share their passion about farming in Manitoba. The ease of pick up at the locations in the city is a big bonus. I would most certainly recommend them, and have done so to friends and family.

So far, I’ve ordered several times from Fresh Roots Farm and Dogs Run Farm. I was recommended from a friend who stands firm on saying it’s the best raw honey in MB! I feel so lucky that their team hauls everything over to a convenient location, and makes purchasing local food easier. I live in North Kildonan, and only have to drive or walk a little distance to receive my order. They’re always in good spirits and enhance my day. Make the decision! Try it!

Fresh roots has amazing quality and provides amazing products and service with a smile. Our bi-yearly purchase of Creamed Honey is a staple and I’ve tried all the best meats with their selections too! Highly recommend these lovely people and their quality products. The pick ups in WPG are extremely convenient + you meet the farmers and owners there too!
