(June 13, 2019, 8:19 am)I was very happy with our pellet stove from customer service to having our stove installed and after we needed help with the bugs mostly our fault they were here so very fast .I would highly recommend this company.
(May 7, 2019, 5:31 pm)Bert was excellent. He worked with me after hours on the phone in the evening to pick out a stove. He delivered it at no charge . His price was hundreds less than all MB competitors.He has dropped off parts at our home for our old stove with no delivery charge. He sounds gruff on the phone but really isn’t. It’s just how he talks. He’s a serious guy.That’s Bert.
