Craig Bell provided exceptional customer service and peace of mind. He swapped out a 1 7/8" ball to a 2" ball on my trailer hitch in no time at all. Also checked my trucks trailer electrical connector to ensure that it was operating properly. Highly recommend Bell's Trailer Hitches for any trailer hitch requirements.

Been there a couple times, underbox gooseneck with in box wiring and today for the fifth wheel add on. No box of here you go, they installed it and adjusted it to the connectors so there is no play and explained the operation.
Lifetime warranty and they'll adjust if needed.
Quick and easy. Would recommend.

Great service, friendly staff. They took their time explaining the use of my 5th Wheel hitch and due to my 6 foot box recommend (but not tried to sell) a slider hitch which I'll look into.
