“one star less is just because today only I have called to book appointment. Someone picked up call and asked me to hold. Surprisingly they put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and I have to keep waiting. finally I have cut the call and called them again. That's surprising to me as never had such a wait time to book an appointment. Doctors are really good. Lady at reception is behaving very nicely. Clean hospital with good ambience.”

“I usually stop by this location often. Just a quick stop on my way home. I've been a little disappointed lately. I went through the fast checkout and the young lady was not pleasant at all. She barely says 2 words to you as she checks your groceries. Forget about making small talk. Not interested. I mentioned her not so friendly disposition to customer service personnel who looked like he may be in charge? All I get from him, ' Oh, that's the way she always is' Really? No, I'm sorry ma'am. Just brushed me off like no big deal. I work also in the service industry that is not right. If I dealt with people like that on a daily basis they would not be too appreciative. If the cold weather doesn't make you feel grumpy already, thanks for brightening my day. Not.”

“I have been going to this Sobeys for 3 years, for its produce selection and freshness. Service is great and the team is caring. I have had a few items that either needed to be returned or I had questions about. At all times their customer service went out of their way to find a solution. Late last night I came in to return an item, and even though the manager wasn't around, and while I was shopping, the manager was called at home to find a solution, I was shopping and they came down to find me and let me know that they have figured out how to proceed. This way of going out of their way, and going the extra mile, is the reason I went out of my way to write a reivew on this great service, as I really enjoy going to this Sobeys.”
