We took our HRV in for regular service and decided to look around the showroom as we are looking for a second vehicle. My husband does not typically like sales people as they can be pushy but we can only say the best about the associate who helped us. Kevin gave us the information we were looking for and set up multiple test drives without hesitation. We will be recommending everyone to Kevin.
We purchased our Honda Oddysey from this dealer almost 2 years ago, and the experience was fine.
Because we live a 45 minute drive away from Birchwood, I decided to try a closer Honda dealer for maintenance of our vehicle. After one bad experience, I decided to go back to Birchwood. Best decision ever!!
Every time I go back, I am impressed again. Yesterday I was there for new rims for my winter tires, and I added an oil change on, and that was no problem. It also didn’t add extra time to my estimated wait time. The service advisor was courteous, helpful, and gave me an accurate wait time. When I had called to order the parts and book the appointment, David (in the parts department) gave me a good deal. When I arrived at the dealership, he made a point of coming out to find me and introduce himself in person, and to make sure I was satisfied with the new rims and sensors - above and beyond!
The last time I was in for service, in December, I was given a wait time of a couple of hours. When the service was delayed, the advisor came to talk to me, and explained and apologized. His next time estimate was accurate, and when I went to pay, he gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience of the extra wait time.
This dealer is very professional, and when they make a mistake, they handle it appropriately. I will continue to drive 45 mins for great service! Thank you, Birchwood Honda!!
It was a stroke of immense good fortune that when I walked into Birchwood Honda West, I met Gene. His first question was to ask what was making me choose Honda. It put me in charge, meeting my needs. Gene listened and stayed in my budget line. He was always respectful toward me, never using pressure or trying to upsell me. The car needed to sell itself, and it did. Gene went beyond what might be expected to make sure I was comfortable with the process and with the car, and then spent time with me to show me the workings of the car. And, the car is great, a Honda Civic with excellent gas mileage. Thank you Gene!
