  I did not know much about vaping when I went into the Portage Flamingo store last week. I was helped by Hudson and he was exceptional. He was able to help me figure out what type of Vape was most suitable for my needs and further assisted me with selecting the appropriate nicotine level in each of the juices I purchased. I am super happy with my experience at Flamingo on Portage and recommend it especially for anyone that is new to vaping.

  Nathan gave me super great customer service! Was super efficient and knowledgeable which was much appreciated because I knew almost nothing about what to get as a good gift. Will definitely be coming back!

  For the most part, employees at vape shops are usually friendly but one employee stuck out to me. His name is Nathan and he was super accommodating!!! Felt like he was a long time friend but it was my first time being there! Everybody should be getting service like that :) 11/10 would recommend to a friend

  Flamingo has always been my favorite shop in the city and now they have one right beside my work! Love going down to see Hudson. Guy knows his stuff and always gives me great recommendations when I don't know what to buy!

  picked up some juice the other day from here, the staff were very help full especially Hudson he made some great flavour recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the products in question. 10/10 service and 10/10 people skills
