(June 10, 2020, 3:21 am)I came in exhausted as I needed a simple engagement ring resized, but also the ring jacket resized and reshaped. Other jewelers refused to do the complex resizing on the jacket or insulted me for having a moissanite engagement ring and tried to sell me a diamond. Jewelers in Winnipeg can be incredibly rude for sales staff.
Then I came here! Don't let the simple decor fool you these guys really know their craft. They completed the resizing of my engagement ring and and jacket, they look incredible...
My fiancé is beyond pleased with their craftsmanship. Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else now. They are very pleasant to deal with and completed the repair in the agreed upon time period, and at their estimated price. -
