It was August of 2016 when I called up Kelsey Genik of Royal LePage Dynamic Real Estate because I saw a house online for sale that I thought looked like a bargain. That house wasn’t the one...neither were the over 100 other houses Kelsey showed us. We went through mortgage rule changes, interest rates going up, a couple outbids, two houses that we walked away from after scary home inspections.
Through all of this she was never deterred. Many agents would have gotten frustrated, and given up on us feeling like they were wasting their time, But Kelsey kept sending us listings and booking showings. Even when we were ready to give up she wouldn’t let us.
If you’re ever looking for a real estate agent I can’t say enough amazing things about her. In fact the only downside to finding our perfect home is that we won’t be seeing her every couple of days to go for viewings anymore.
