Sportex

Excellent facility. Newer cardio machines with plenty of space for stretching. Dumbbell selection is great with weights greater than 100lbs, plates are all Olympic style, great for deadlifts. The gym has a nice variety of machines and cable stations, but if it ever gets busy I imagine space would be limited. The change rooms are recently renovated and very roomy. But above all the staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful.

I have been to a lot of gyms but this one is special especially after the renovations. Staff are very friendly and most of the equipment are brand new. The gym is really clean.

I use Sportex in the morning 4-5 days a week. I can only say that the staff is great and friendly, equipment is well maintained and the change room is always clean. On top of all this, the sauna is great and can only say the rain showers make the start to a day a little better. Keep it up :)
