I felt very comfortable asking questions, and although I am an older woman and my son had come along to help me, they did not talk over me to my son . Very nice ! I have been to see them twice since then, once for an adjustment to the windshield wipers, and today to have the A/C recharged. Both were done quickly and in a friendly way.
