The service at Murray Chevrolet has always been great. The staff there have always acknowledged me by my first name, from driving in and seeing Ryan Smith (my service rep) or any of the other service reps, to the shuttle bus guys they are all amazing. A special thanks and appreciation to the sales manager Jim Chewka .....Jim listened to my complaint, acknowledged the complaint and got a great result for me in the end, showing me that this dealership does care about their customers, even the ones that bought their Chevy vehicle elsewhere (like me). Thanks Jim and Ryan, because of you two guys, I will keep coming back.

Had a great experience bringing my truck in for service. Was looking for new tires, and got what I wanted. They went above and beyond the call of duty looking after a few things that were unrelated to why my truck was there in the first place!
I will be bringing my truck back there in the future!

Not exactly the most organized or consistent in what one person tells you to another. The sales people will tell you only the good things, to make that sale, but when it actually comes down to numbers, they'll be completely different than what was told to you by the salesperson. Which is understandable in a way, as they aren't the financial department. However, they shouldn't make any quotes on prices if they don't know.

They are the best! Chris at Murray Chevrolet has been looking after me and my car for years now. I am never disappointed. Recently I could hear some banging under the hood and brought my car in for a check-up. Chris stepped right up and dealt with the issue in a prompt and very professional way. By end of day, I had my car back with full confidence that Chris had done his best to find deals on the parts I needed and ensured that the work was done promptly and efficiently.

But I don't want to forget the mechanics and other staff that were courteous and friendly while I was there. I know it takes a village to raise a child. It also takes a great team to make Murray Chevrolet shine! Go team Murray!!
